PROSPECTS OF USE OF GEOPHYSICAL FIELDS AT A CHOICE OF A SITE AND JUSTIFICATION OF STABILITY OF GEODYNAMIC AND SEISMIC CONDITIONS AT PNS OPERATION

The analysis of a condition of study of natural processes, the phenomena and factors and methods of the forecast of catastrophic events indicates relevance of development of uniform standard criteria and requirements to materials of justification of safety of OIAE. On the basis of results of instrumental observations over geophysical fields on boundary between Earth’s crust and atmosphere is shown possibility of use of spatial and temporary variations of an
emanation field of radon, electric field in a surface layer of atmosphere and spectral characteristics of microseismic noise for mapping of the fault zones, their ranging on degree of deformability, identification of the sites with underground heterogeneities, which were characterized contrast properties. For the characteristic of a geodynamic regime of crust it is offered to use the data connected with a response of the solid medium on weak external influences in the form of lunar-solar tide, and also results of the analysis of consequences of catastrophic events.
