PERFECTING OF A TECHNIQUE OF ASSESSMENT OF SEISMIC HAZARD ACCORDING TO GEOLOGICAL AND SEISM TECTONIC DATA

The technique of the formalized assessment of expected schedules of recurrence magnitudes (expected recurrence) on the basis of the model considering discrete properties of crust and zones of the probable seismic sources and direct connections of geodynamic and seismic activity of the explored territory is considered. Compliance of the expected schedules calculated on the basis of the accepted model and fragments of the
schedules of repeatability calculated taking into account the reliable seismological data allows to recommend this technique for inclusion in the guide to safety «Assessment of seismic hazard sites of placement of nuclear and radiation dangerous objects on the basis of geodynamic data» (RB-019-01). Application of this technique will allow to receive consistent estimates of the operating base earthquake (OBE) and design base earthquake (DBE) parameters on the basis of deterministic and probability approach and further development will be promoted by risk - the focused approach to safety regulation.
