The economic efficient directions justified in the article to increase the efficiency operability of all-season radiological surveys of territories, performing field work within the prescribed time limits are extremely relevant for the autumn-winter-spring period with variable characteristics of soil moisture content and snow cover, objectively preventing the registration of parameters of radionuclide contamination of soils by alpha, beta and gamma emitters of natural or man-made origin. The main directions for optimizing the complex of measures for conducting surveys of contaminated territories, assessing the scale, levels and nature (surface, volumetric near-surface) of radioactive contamination detected on them, measuring parametric indicators at the main stages of surveys (reconnaissance of the terrain, identification and delineation of the boundaries of radioactive contamination sites) are defined. Fundamental differences in the formation of prior for conducting safety analysis sources of radioactive contamination of environmental components by mining and oil and gas enterprises are noted, recommendations for the organization of complex radiation monitoring/surveys of controlled territories for the content of alpha, beta, gamma-emitting radionuclides using the latest domestic devices and equipment for radiation and chemical exploration are substantiated.
