The requirements of international regulation documents relating to the post-accident sampling system are considered. It’s shown that the post-accident sampling systems shall be provided for determining, in a timely manner, the concentration of specified radionuclides in fluid process systems, and in gas and liquid samples taken from systems or from the environment, in accident conditions at the nuclear power plant. The example of completed design solutions is considered.
