In the conditions of rapid development and extending application of probabilistic methods of the analysis of safety the parity of probabilistic and deterministic approaches to safety nuclear stations rulemaking is considered, their advantages and lacks and the conclusion is drawn on necessity of preservation for the future deterministic rulemaking with support its by probabilistic analyses.
