COMPLETENESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS IN THE SUBSTANTIATION OF THE SEISMIC SAFETY OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AND STORAGES OF THE FULFILLED NUCLEAR FUEL

Authors:   Bugaev E., Kishkina S. Issue:   3(77) – 2015.

This paper presents the results of seismological monitoring data for seismic safety of nuclear power plants and storages of the fulfilled nuclear fuel analysis. The ineffectiveness of the regime seismological observations which are performed using seismic networks with 10-15 rm base is demonstrated. Such inefficiency of rare networks is the result of weak seismic activity of the nuclear power plants and storages of the fulfilled nuclear fuel areas and a high level of noise in the observation points.
In such circumstances it is necessary to use highly sensitive surveillance systems that allow you to register very weak earthquakes with magnitudes up to negative. Based on the analysis of the results of observation of weak events there is the possibility of probabilistic estimates of seismic.
