The meetings related to MDEP VVERWG activity held in NEA/OECD HQ

The 5th Meeting of the VVER Working Group of the Multinational Design Evaluation Program (MDEP) and the 3rd meeting of its RPV&PC technical expert sub-group took place at the NEA/OECD’s Headquarters in Paris, France, from 7 to 10 December, 2015.
Besides Rostechnadzor and SEC NRS representatives the meetings were attended by the experts of regulatory bodies from Finland, China, Hungary as well as NEA/OECD.
In the course of the meetings the current status and further activities program of VVERWG and its TESGs were discussed as well as format and composition of position papers under development by TESGs. The participants presented the current status of VVER NPPs construction activities in their countries.
