Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Specialist in the field of nuclear experimental physics. Professional activities are related to the regulation of nuclear safety of nuclear reactor installations, nuclear safety of non-reactor nuclear installations, storage of nuclear materials, fresh and spent nuclear fuel, general issues of nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear installations and activities. He made a significant contribution to the research work aimed at studying the problematic aspects of nuclear and radiation safety of operation in the mode of dumping LRW "under the backfill" of reservoir V-9, located in the "PO "Mayak" Federal State Unitary Enterprise which is the most dangerous facility of nuclear heritage at this site. He is the author (co-author) of more than 140 scientific papers published in Russia and abroad. Under his scientific supervision, four PhD theses were prepared and successfully completed.
