Facilities for Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage in Containers. Safety Requirements (NP-039-22)
These Regulations establish safety requirements for design, siting, construction, operation and decommissioning of facilities for spent nuclear fuel storage in containers.
The requirements of NP-039-22 are binding for operating organizations, as well as organizations performing works and rendering services in the field of atomic energy use in the area of design, engineering, siting, construction, operation and decommissioning of facilities for spent nuclear fuel storage in containers.
