On November 9, 2018 the NP-049-17 “Requirements to the Content of a Safety Analysis Report for Nuclear Research Installations” has come into effect.
The above mentioned Federal Safety Regulations stipulate the requirements to the content of a safety analysis report for structures and complexes with nuclear research reactors, nuclear critical benches, nuclear subcritical benches and subcritical accelerator-driven installations at the stages of siting, construction and operation. The document covers the safety analysis reports for newly constructed nuclear research installations at the stages of siting, construction and operation.
